The meeting was called to order by Chairman Keith Aho at 7:04 p.m., April 12, 2016 at the Field Town Hall.
Present: Supervisors Keith Aho, Tom Chapman, Keith Fulcher, Treasurer Ellie Brunner, Clerk Pat Chapman, Hospital Representative Mike Enzmann.
The minutes of Field Township’s reorganizational board meeting held March 15, 2016 were read and a motion was made by Supervisor Chapman for approval, seconded by Supervisor Fulcher, motion carried unanimously.

Treasurer’s report from Treasurer Ellie Brunner:

Motion made by Supervisor Chapman, seconded by Supervisor Fulcher to approve the treasurer’s report, claims and net pay distribution report. Motion carried unanimously.
Fire – No report.
Ambulance – No report.
Road and Bridges – Supervisor Fulcher reported the South Riddell Road needs gravel and grading. There was discussion about who was available to hire for road work. Jared Sandberg’s name was brought up. Road review will be May 10.
Hospital – Hospital Representative Mike Enzmann reported construction will begin June of this year on the new Cook Care Center with completion summer of 2017.
Cemetery – Chairman Aho reported cemetery review will be May 10. No new report on the altar project. There was discussion on who is available to hire as a sexton and the amount paid for grave opening.
Joint Powers Board – Chairman Aho reported the school forest project will acquire funding in 2016 and work will begin in 2017.
Planning and Zoning – No report.
Supervisor Fulcher reported he attended the St. Louis County Assoc. of Townships meeting. Meadowlands, Floodwood and Field Township are the most agricultural areas.
There was discussion about the windows in the town hall and acquiring a quote.
May 10, 2016, 6 p.m. – Cemetery review, followed by road review and board meeting at the hall.
Motion to adjourn made by Supervisor Chapman, seconded by Supervisor Fulcher. Motion carried unanimously. Adjournment time 7:57 p.m.
