The meeting was called to order at 7:02 p.m., December 13, 2016 at the Clerk’s residence.
Present: Supervisors Keith Aho, Tom Chapman, Keith Fulcher, Treasurer Ellie Brunner, Clerk Pat Chapman, Hospital Representative Mike Enzmann.

Treasurer’s report from Treasurer Ellie Brunner:

Fire – No report.
Ambulance – Supervisor Chapman attended the ambulance meeting on December 6, 2016. The ambulance service will ask the city of Cook for a pay increase for the EMTs. There is adequate staff so the ambulance unit can leave the Cook area.
Road and Bridges –Supervisor Fulcher reported the roads were snow covered and plowed.
Hospital – Hospital Representative Mike Enzmann reported staffing is a problem at the hospital. All current members of the Hospital Board of Directors up for election were re-elected. The hospital will use television ads again in 2017. The 2017 budget was reviewed and approved.
Cemetery – No report
Joint Powers Board – Chairman Aho reported the school forest project is in funding mode applying for grants. There will be a full report on the project at the annual meeting.
Planning and Zoning – No report
The subject of a new town hall will be brought up at the annual meeting to get the residents input.
There was discussion about the new Public Works joint use facility which will be located at 9558 Ashawa Rd. , Cook. This is contingent upon the purchase of the adjoining property.
Supervisor Chapman made a motion to adjourn at 8:21 p.m.. Seconded by Supervisor Fulcher.
Motion carried unanimously. The January regular board meeting will be held January 17, 2017 (KEITH FULCHERS BIRTHDAY) at the clerk’s address
