The meeting was called to order at 7:07 p.m., January 17, 2017 at the Clerk’s residence.

Present: Supervisors Keith Aho, Tom Chapman, Keith Fulcher, Treasurer Ellie Brunner, Clerk Pat Chapman, Hospital Representative Mike Enzmann.

The minutes of Field Township’s regular board meeting held December 13, 2016 were read and stand as presented.

Treasurer’s report from Treasurer Ellie Brunner:

Beg. Balance: $ 59,486.57 Ending Balance: $72,952.08
Receipts: $15,970.38 Plus Outstanding Checks: $408.19
Disbursements: $2,504.87 Total Per Bank Statement: $73,360.27

Committee Reports:

Fire – No report. But there were questions wondering if Cook was part of the Fire Relief Association?
Ambulance – Supervisor Chapman reported the videos he took of the mock emergency event were up loaded to the City of Cook web site. The ambulance department was very appreciative.
Road and Bridges –Supervisor Fulcher reported the roads were snow covered and plowed.
Hospital – Hospital Representative Mike Enzmann reported there have been set backs on the care center renovation and move in time is now approximately the end of July. A position will be added for staff scheduling and recruitment. 210 days cash on hand which is the highest ever.
Cemetery – A final description of lots is needed for the Garbischs.
Joint Powers Board – Chairman Aho reported a $45,000 grant was received for the parking lot. Will a County maintenance agreement be possible?
Planning and Zoning – No report

The clerk was instructed to find out if the polling place needs to be in the township?

February 21,2017 will be the board of audit and regular board meeting held at the clerk’s residence.

Supervisor Chapman made a motion to adjourn at 8:06 p.m.. Seconded by Supervisor Fulcher.
Motion carried unanimously.
