The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m., November 13, 2018 at the Clerk’s residence.
Present: Supervisors Keith Aho, Tom Chapman, Keith Fulcher, Treasurer Ellie Brunner, Clerk Pat Chapman, absent Hospital Representative Mike Enzmann.
The minutes of Field Township’s regular board meeting held October 14, 2018 were read and stand as presented.

Treasurer’s report from Treasurer Ellie Brunner:
Beg. Balance: $ 81,517.67 Ending Balance: $75,583.79
Receipts: $397.29 Plus Outstanding Checks: $1,342.87
Disbursements: $6,331.17 Total Per Bank Statement: $76,926.66
Motion made by Supervisor Chapman, seconded by Supervisor Fulcher to approve the treasurer’s
report, claims and net pay distribution report. Motion carried unanimously.
Fire – No report
Ambulance – No report. Supervisor Chapman will contact the fire and ambulance depts.. about getting updated reports.
Road and Bridges –Supervisor Fulcher reported all the roads are O.K. South Riddell did not get graded by the county.
Hospital – The board appreciated the emailed report sent by Hospital Representative Mike Enzmann in his absence. Job openings are a major problem All four union contracts are up the end of the year. Several board members attended a daycare session held at Giant’s Ridge. New sidewalks are complete in time for winter. It was acknowledged that Mike won re-election as the township hospital board representative.
Cemetery – Chairman Aho reported the lawn mowing equipment is being stored. Chairman Aho made a motion to approve Mike Koskovich’s fee of $325 for opening and closing a grave site. Seconded by Supervisor Chapman. Motion carried unanimously.
Joint Powers Board – Chairman Aho reported the foot bridge has been built. More grant money is being applied for.
Planning and Zoning – The County Planning Commission will consider comments on the proposed draft of the St. Louis County Comprehensive Land Use Plan on November 8, 2018 at 9 am in Virginia. The board has no questions or comments on their actions.
Hall – The new windows were installed and make the hall warmer and less drafty. Supervisors Fulcher and Chapman took the old stove and microwave to the dump. A new, smaller microwave is now in the kitchen. The board will continue to look for a good used stove. There was discussion about spraying the hall for bugs in the Spring.
Supervisor Fulcher shared information from the St. Louis County Assoc. of Townships meeting he attended. Current candidates and county commissioners were also in attendance.
The next regular board meeting will be December 11, 2018, 7 pm at the Clerk’s residence.
Supervisor Fulcher made a motion to adjourn at 7:55 p.m. Seconded by Supervisor Chapman.
